Dear colleagues from ASRTU
member and observer universities!
Nowadays when the world is facing a tough challenge it is vitally important to support communication between all ASRTU participants. Measures taken to eliminate COVID-19 demonstrate that joint efforts of countries, governments, citizens and international organizations are the key to successful fight with global challenges.
This Forum focuses on main aspects of ensuring ecological security, including the one of the Arctic area. The conference will include oral and poster presentations.
According to ASRTU Workplan the Ecology and Environmental Sciences Forum in Ekaterinburg is planned for October 20-23, 2020. We invite representatives of ASRTU universities to gather in Ekaterinburg for discussing new academic achievements and common challenges.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Until June 15, 2020 you must send filled in registration form (Annex 1) and passport copy to the Organizing committee, e-mail address asrtu_ecoforum_2020@mail.ru
Until July 20, 2020 an abstract for your presentation (Annex 2 – abstract template) must be sent to asrtu_ecoforum_2020@mail.ru
On October 21-22, 2020 you must present your article for publishing in Forum proceedings to the Organizing committee (Annex 3 — proceedings requirements, Annex 4 — proceedings template)
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
Organizing institutions: Association of Sino-Russian Technical Universities, Harbin Institute of Technology, Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
Host: Ural Federal University.
Note: depending on the situation related to anti-COVID-19 measures the Forum can be conducted in remote format.
COSTS
All travel and accommodation costs should be covered by Forum participants.
The Host organizes transportation and catering in Ekaterinburg. Postgraduate and master students participating in the Sino-Russian Postgraduate Students Forum will be housed at UrFU dormitory free of charge.
